You can track your ship on this website. I've been watching the Conquest, but you can go to Ship Tracker and change it to any ship. I'm sure this link is somewhere in the threads, but I think it's pretty neat to be posted again, especially for newbies like me.

It isn't real tracking, just some Travel Agents opinion on where the ship might be. It even says "estimated position".

I was so exicited when I found that site unil I checked it when Carnival cancelled the Conquest due to Ike. Sure enough it showed she was in Jamaica, Grand Caymen, Cozumel. I wish it was real time :(

I like the water and air temp readings. I hope those are not some TA's estimate! :) Will help us decide if we want to snorkel at all on our Mexican Riviera cruise right after Thanksgiving!

actually, I have been waiting for someone to ask this :D. But because our database of ships isn't meant to be complete, I didn't program that until now. But OK, maybe this will be helpful.

 

Just click on a port name in your cruise itinerary, and at the bottom you will now see a list of ships in port on that day:

 

*****/reise.php?reise=14971

 

According to what we have in our databse, you would be alone in Progreso, and you'll see the Independence of the Seas in Cozumel. But I wouldn't take bets on that these will be the only ships you'll be with in port...

There is a web site that will tell you on a certain date how many ships will be docked along with you at a certain port. Does anyone recall what that web site is?

Are you referring to www.cruisecal.com ? They now charge a fee and the 'other one' that was free is no longer available.....

it's not completely up to date , b/c it was saying today that the Carnival Liberty is at Half moon cay today, but she is in dry dock at Freeport.

Which data? If you mean the ship positions: Yes, just click on the Google Earth button at the top of this page: *****/schiffe.php

 

Doe anyone know where the Google Earth add on to display the ship positions gets it's info and updates? I have used it and it is very good, but wondered who was doing it?
