Can Someone Check Your Compass 4 Me?

Would someone please check their old Compass collection and see what RCCL has been calling the person with whom you can book another cruise while on-board?

 

I seem to recall the person being referred to as the Future Cruise Consultant as well as the Loyalty Ambassador.

 

I also seem to recall seeing the hours listed for the Future Cruise Desk.

Over the past ten years, I have seen them called both titles.

My Cruise Compass from this past summer says "Future Cruise Consultant & Loyalty Ambassador". It lists their hours as 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.:D

I looked at some of my saved recent Cruise Compasses and several at http://www.cruisedailies.com/portal/CruiseLines/RoyalCaribbean/tabid/213/Default.aspx

and that person is called Crown & Anchor Society and Loyalty Ambassador.
