firefly333 Posted October 11, 2008 #5 Share Posted October 11, 2008 Here is one from the top of the tram. I was there on the Caribbean Princess and we did the Princess excursion "views of st. thomas" which included the tram.

Megnolia Posted October 11, 2008 #8 Share Posted October 11, 2008 oooh, I can't wait to get back there! Love seeing all the pics. I have so many from Blackbeard's hill of the three ships, but there are two Carnival, so I'm sure the OP has what they were looking for.

Hurricane Girl Posted October 11, 2008 #12 Share Posted October 11, 2008 Click on our webshot link (Triumph) below & there are some in there of the ships in port. There were 3 there that day. We did a tour with Godfrey & he told us that St. Thomas has had as many as 14 ships in port at the same time. (I think he said that has only happened once)

tiger belle Posted October 11, 2008 #17 Share Posted October 11, 2008 auntie barb, that is a beautiful picture...it does bring up a question I've wanted to ask...why do people mar (in my opinion) their lovely pictures with the date on the face of the pic? to me, it is extremely distracting and can often ruin an otherwise fantastic photograph...I know that the purpose is to document the date the pic was taken...however, I think a better idea would be to date the electronic file (if it is a digital format) and/or use a special pen or label to date the pictures on the back if you have them printed out for a hard copy album, for example...the date feature is just something I do not use on my camera and am curious as to the frequency it's used by others
