Taxi fare from port of Miami???

Can anyone tell us the taxi fare from the port of Miami to Miami airport?

We actually want to go to near the airport---one of the rental car companies, but we imagine the price should be approx the same.

We have 6 people that have to go............

The cabs have the fare clearly posted inside the cab - $21 one way. Obviously with 6 people plus bags you will need more than one. There are plenty to go around.

Just to clarify above, Miami-Dade taxis are limited by law to 5 passengers so you will need 2 cabs. If you have a lot of luggage you can insist on a van taxi which are the same price but have much more room. As said earlier the fare is $21 fixed price/cab to the airport and there are plenty.
