Where would the best place be to purchase Alcohol in Anchorage. Are the Brown Jug stores the only place to purchase Alcohol. How much is it for a case of Miller light or 1.75 L of Crown Royal??

No Brown Jug isn't the only place. Our Costco and Sam's have liquor and may be your cheapest. Also, our Fred Meyer's (a division of Kroger) and our Safeway/Carr's stores have their own liquor stores, plus there are a couple of other independent stores here in town.

 

Fred Meyer's ad yesterday has a 18 pack of Miller or Miller High Life 12 oz cans for $14.99. No cases on sale and neither them or Carrs had Crown in their ad and since I don't drink it, I have no idea on price.

Sure can, though instead of opening at 10 a.m. on some of them it won't be until 12 p.m. and I think they don't stay as open as long on Sunday as they do the rest of the week!
