Anyone on the Destiny 12-11-08 getting upgrades or OBC?

I booked a past guest special and got a 8D for the price of an 8A it was $848 total with tax and the BS fuel charge

 

Looks like it might have dropped some its now $786.34 for a 8D or 8E on Yahoo cruise.com

Strange how its a different price on carnivals web site then yahoo travel. I emailed my TA

My TA got back to me and I got a OBC.

 

I am happy. Now they need to refund that fuel charge

(Carnival has honored the lower rate, however, they are not going to refund you the money. You will have an On Board Credit of $52.80 that you can use for any purchase on the ship.)

You need to contact your TA or PVP if you see a better deal. Yahoo cruise.com had that 8B to 8E upgrade for $786.34 deal yesterday. I think that's were my TA got the refund. Looks like I paid $795 for a 8D after the OBC.
