You're looking at the Cruise Cam, look at the Harbor :mad:Cam

I just looked at the harbor cam and saw a Carnival cruise ship leaving port (right behind something that looks like a train or barge or oil drilling something or other). :D

Its a sailing barge that people can book passage on. I have heard that people do this.

Its a party barg it comes in to port every few months I dont know why its just shows up. I saw it on my way to the Hospital Sunday night.

That vessel tied up at the Patio is the River Explorer. It's actually two barges and a tug. Each barge is 295 feet long and her tug is 140 feet making for a pretty long and unique vessel.

 

It is not a 'party barge'... As her name implies, she does river voyages. You can find more info here:
