We have booked our 1st CCL cruise for this February. I have paid in full through my TA and would like to purchase some items to be left in our room. We have a GTY which wasn't of my choosing but since we booked with a group this is what was left from our choice of rooms. We have 52 days left until we cruise and I was hoping to add a little here and there to kinda break up the costs. I know that some of you don't understand this but it just makes me feel better to spread the costs out instead of one lump sum. Anyway, I went onto the website and it will not allow me to purchase since I do not have a stateroom #. I am sure there is a way around this I just need someone to tell me how to do it :]

If a cabin hasn't been assigned yet then you will have to call Carnival and place the order. Have a wonderful time.

If you do not have this (booking number and stateroom number)information, please call the Bon Voyage Department to place an order over the phone. Orders are taken Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST by calling our toll free number at 1-800-522-7648. International users should call 1-305-599-2600

I've also read on CC that you can attempt to order from Bon Voyage dept online and just start plunking in possible room numbers until it accepts it. Then you know what cabin number you've been assigned. Doesn't mean it won't change but some people use that trick to figure out what cabin they'll be in.

you should just be able to purchase it online thru your reservation thru carnival.com. it should automatically be sent to your room when assigned. good luck!!

I really didn't want to call. I love ordering online! Unfortunately, when I use my confirmation # it won't accept it since I have no assigned room. I guess I will either have to suck it up and call or just wait until my TBA room assignment is TBA! Does anyone know when they usually do the assigning of room #'s?
