RCCL Miami to FLL Post-Cruise Excursion

Has anyone done the following post-cruise excursion from Royal Caribbean?:

 

South Beach/Island Queen (FLL) - Depart from the Port of Miami aboard an air-conditioned coach heading to the world-famous South Beach Art Deco District. Do you actually get to get out in the Art Deco District to take pictures and walk around or do they just drive through so pictures if any are from the bus? How was the Island Queen cruise? We did Carrie B last year in Ft. Lauderdale so hoping this will be similar. Also do you remember what time they dropped you off at the FLL airport? Thanks for any info
