I need some help please

I have a picture that I took of our lighthouse that I really like and I have a photo program I just got but I am having the worst time. There is an object remover in this but for the life of me I can't seem to get it to work or I am just to brain dead to figure it out. There is a car in the picture that I would like removed and it is very small could someone who knows what they are doing, do this for me. Please I wanted to have the picture blown up and framed but don't want the car in the picture.

I just used the clone stamp tool in Photoshop Elements 6.0.

The program is Corel Paint Shop Pro, I am just learning how to use it and somethings are giving me a really tough time but I keep pluging away. Linda
