Zierrer Visa Service- NO SERVICE FOR CANADIAN

:mad: We received our first package information from Cunard which includes the visa information from Zierrer Visa Service. I called them because I needed some additionnal info with filling out the India visa application. SURPRISE- the agent informed me that they do not process visa applications for Canadian residents. She referred me to Visa Connection (which should process Visa for Canadians- I left them a message). I then called Cunard and they were surprised because it's the first time they heard this and had not received that information from Zierrer Visa Service. He suggested that I contact my Canadian Embassy to get more information.... We are quite lucky that we didn't go ahead and sent our forms to Zierrer.

 

Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you go about getting your visa.
