Is there always a guide available at Chacchoben?

Just wondering if anyone out there knows if there are always guides available at the Chacchoben ruins. I'd like to do the 'taxi thing' that Florida Ad Guy suggested for our party of 6 (as I cannot find anyone who does tours privately to Chacchoben), but I really need to know that we can always hire a knowledgable guide when there. Otherwise we really won't know what we are looking at!

Anybody have any input on this?
