Jaguar Paw caves vs Major Tom

I'm a bit confused about the cave excursions? What is the difference between the caves done at Jaguar paw and the caves done with Major Tom? Are they the same caves or are they in completely different places?

I'm pretty sure they are the same caves. We went with Major Tom, and we went to Jaguar Paw. Not sure, but I think Jaguar Paw owns the land where all the caves are located.

Yes, they are the same caves. Major Tom takes you to Jaguar Paw.

I have read their website and found that Jaguar paw doesn't have a refund policy if your ship misses port:eek:. That kind of did it in for me.

I've emailed Jaguar Paw about this refund policy and they wrote back stating if the ship misses the port they will refund your deposit less 5% for bank fees. I am leaning toward them since half our family only wants the cave tubing and the other half wants zip line and cave tubing. The group left behiind can use their facilities while waiting. Hope this helps.
