From the last rewards program, we have a $500 coupon AND an upgrade coupon. We are booked on the Jewel in August. Can we use both the upgrade coupon AND the $500 discount on the same cruise??. I booked the cruise thru NCL and spoke with the young lady who handled that for me. She said I could use both, but I thought I remembered reading on here that you could only use one or the other. Anyone know for sure??

If I sent both in, as the agent told me to do, what would they do if they only accepted one??

You can use both of them. The $500 will be deducted from your cruise fare and the $100 will buy you a one category upgrade. For example, a BD balcony to a BC not an inside to a balcony.

Thanks, that's what I was hoping for. My agent also said if there were no upgrade cabins available in your category, they would give you OBC for the difference between waht you have already booked and the next step up.
