Nice Pictures!

I wish mine would turn out as nice.

How did you like the Caribe Hilton? Would you stay there again or would you stay somewhere else? Any tips on how to get a good rate, and which room to get?

Thanks,

Happy Cruisin!

The Caribe Hilton was fine for our needs. We got a Priceline rate of $65 plus taxes. I had a room in the tower pre-cruise and one in the Garden wing post-cruise. I don't have the room numbers written down and cannot remember that far back (Sept 2003). We would stay there again, but I got the Wyndham Condado for $80 per night on one of their 72 hour sales, and went ahead and booked pre and post cruise nights directly through Wyndham (for Sept. 2004).

Unless you are extremely upscale or particular, the Caribe will be fine. The hotel is billed as a "resort" level hotel, but would really be considered a 3 star or 4 star hotel.

Here are Gary Taylor's Photos, that may have a room shot or two: Gary Taylor's Caribe Hilton Link

How did you find the Wyndam 72 hour sale?

Thanks!

Actually someone on these boards posted a link. I have since registered as a Wyndham By Request Member and get their e-mails. However, I have not seen a 72 hour sale since about December or January. They must only run those sales a couple of times a year.
