DVD "Cruise in Review"

It looks like image.com is a quick and easy way to get a replacement for a faulty DVD or VHS tape of the "Cruise in Review". (Or buy one, if you didn't get one on the ship.) You can scan your receipt, or send it back if, like me, you can't find the receipt. [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]
The DVD I purchased seemed blank and wouldn't play. So I sent it back Saturday, and today, Tuesday, they called and said they were sending me a VHS copy. It seems that older DVD players won't play it. (Mine is only 2 years old, but I guess that's ancient in eletronic gizmos.)
A quick "snapshot" of the cruise, and I buy one each time. NOW sticking with VHS ones. [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]

Actually, an older DVD player(2 years) can play the recorded DVD if it has JPEG capability. If it doesn't, then it will not play recorded media. All new players do not offer this.
