Good pre cruise hotel to stay at in Seattle

Need to know the best way to get to a pre cruise hotel in Seattle and then getting to the airport after the cruise.

We took the taxi from the airport to hotel, free hotel shuttle to port, and taxi to airport after the cruise. Didn't want to deal with the hassle of picking up rental car and driving on this trip. Other times we will usually pick up a rental car from the airport and return it to their port location.

 

We stayed at the Best Western Executive Inn next to the Seattle Center/Space Needle because most of the things we wanted to to was here within walking distance. It was affordable and comfortable with breakfast included. They will also shuttle to other places like Pike Place etc. If you want to be closer to the port there's a Marriott on the waterfront and other hotels too.

We loved the Hyatt -- close to everything and very comfortable with good service. It's a stop on the bus system at the airport. Vicki:)
