has the most convenient shuttle times and the best prices between Anchorage and Whittier, but has anyone used them?

I sent an email to them to confirm schedules, etc. and didn't hear back until after our cruise was underway.

 

We used www.alaskatravel.com for our transfer from Seward to Anchorage and were pleased.

I have a reservation with them. Someone else on my roll call has also scheduled them. I looked at the BBB, I think sometimes people do not follow up with BBB after a problem has been resolved. I made my reservatation on the phone a 20% deposit was all that was required. I recieved confirmation by email within an hour or so. They seemed professional and I think everything will be fine.

 

I would still like to hear from anyone that has used their service. Thanks

We used them last year for our transfer from Whittier to Anchorage. No problems at all, and the price was the lowest we found.
