bena Posted July 29, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2009 We've just recently been "upgraded" to a different class of cabin. Although it's still an inside it's on a higher deck. Sounded great, so I agreed to it, but when I've checked on the web site, we have been given cabins with two upper berths. I'm starting to panic, cos we've booked with my sister and BIL, and I feel responsible !!. Has anyone stayed in either of these cabins, or other cabins with upper berths. I'm worried about the size of the cabins and the fact they may work loose and flaten us. Please help an put my mind at rest .... or give me some advice and I can see if there is anything else that may be better for us. Any help would be appreciated
Bobbie John Posted July 29, 2009 #2 Share Posted July 29, 2009 We had an inside cabin with 2 upper births and it made the cabin feel smaller eventhough it was the same size. We converted the 2 single lower beds into one king bed and always hit our heads on the 2 overhanging upper births. Maybe if you leave the 2 single beds under the upper births, it may not be a problems but the cabin will still look and feel cramped. Maybe you can call you TA back or Celebrity for a non upper birth cabin.
