Best viewing on the diamond princess??

Where's the best place on the Diamond Princess to view the College Fjords and Glacier Bay? Any secret places on board? leaving Saturday!:D

No secret decks.

 

I would suggest as high and as forward as you can be. If it's cold or windy, the aft deck pool area is very protected, but you won't see the sights until you're moving away from them.

We liked the bow on deck 7 (really deck 8). You go all the way to the front of deck 7 (Promenade) and then up the stairs to the bow. We also like the inside pool area on deck 14. It has floor to ceiling windows and you can sit and watch where it is warmer and protected. Also there are stairs right there that go up to deck 15 and then you can exit quickly outside for an even better view when you want to. We also liked to sit in the very back of the buffet where it was less crowded and quiet or on the small aft deck out the back exit of the buffet.

Almost forgot, another nice place for indoor viewing is Skywalkers at the very top of the ship on the Sky Deck.
