Now that we have some people who have cruised on the Edge, it would be good to start to get some impressions of the specialty restaurants. Please rate the with 1-5 stars (relative to cruise ship restaurants).   I will start:   Fine Cut Steakhouse:  5 stars This was my favorite restaurant on the ship. We went twice and had a great experience both times. I had the pan-seared scallops for an appetizer and they were definitely the best scallops I've had on a ship (tender and
