Does anyone know what RCCL's policy is regarding ashes overboard.? My husband loved cruising just like I do. He wanted some of his ashes to be spread over the back of a cruise ship. I know there must be many regulations, and I want to do it the legal approved way.. Does anyone have experience in doing this? Can someone arrange for the Captain to say a few words?

Royal and Celebrity have policies permitting what they refer to as “Burial at Sea”. You will need to arrange permission of course. They have a phone or email that you can contact to set this up. They require the death certificate and the cremation certificate.
