Is anyone else having issues with Captains Club level not showing up?
I am Diamond on RCL, and just booked my first Celebrity Cruise. Up until today, it showed me as "Elite" on the X website, as it should. Today I show as ZERO points. I will call, but if there is a glitch others are having, I can wait.

If it makes you feel any better, call the captains club number and click on the number for the automated info for your number of points. It should be correct. Yes, the website is having problems.
