This is probably the best summarization of the problem that Celebrity seems to not understand.    Celebrity gave a crumb of an update on this last week to travel agents. The takeaway was basically Sky Suite butlers were eliminated because NPS score (i.e. the survey scores) went down due to slow service received in Sky Suites at peak times of the day.
