Pre-pandemic I routinely sent e mails to the Concierge, Dining Co-ordinator etc. pre cruise with dining requests etc. and ALWAYS eceived a response - which I appreciated. Now, post pandemic I receive NO response and have the impression that perhaps my e mails are not being either received, or they are not allowed to respond to guests, even a long time Pinnacle as I am. Can anyone shed any light on this subject? Thank you
