Transfer Brussels airport to Bruges

We are due to arrive into Brussels airport from Salzburg at 8.20 pm. Due to the late time of the flight and extra time to collect luggage etc I don't feel comfortable taking the train to Bruges. We are four Aussies 60s and 70s age group.

Can anyone suggest a reliable shuttle service? or do you suggest taking the train is an ok way to go followed by a taxi from Bruges station to our hotel. If you suggest train/taxi will we have no problem getting a taxi so late at night?
