What's happening with the Silversea website?

Have booked cruise no. 5625 - 31st August, 9 nights, Athens to Mote Carlo for 5 of us. Looking on the website for hotels in Monte Carlo to stay for a few nights after the cruise it shows Istanbul hotels. I know that originally this cruise went to Istanbul, but it changed quite some time ago, so why haven't Silversea updated their website.
