explodr Posted January 19, 2010 Author #4 Share Posted January 19, 2010 A port every day makes it a busy cruise. Wondered if there is any outside noise that I have read about at night can be heard in the room
serene56 Posted January 19, 2010 #5 Share Posted January 19, 2010 Yes, the victory doing the Southern. You are quite right that it will be busy- Ports every day so more then likly you will be in the cabin early. we had 6350 on the Destiny- (almost same class) and 6440 on the Victory You need to be aware that being in the aft-- you MIGHT get shuddering/vibration when you come in and enter the ports. (hopefully not early enough to wake you up. you will notice you areover the seating area of the lounge. Better then being over the stage area. But on cruises out of San Juan there is a Salsa band that plays in the late night (between 10-11) depending on the passengers. Those steps you see- are for crew only so no worry about noise from that area.
