Early on, there were "snorkel maps" and numbered buoys in the snorkel lagoon to indicate where things were located. The maps were relatively worthless, and sometime in the first 2 years of the Magic, they disappeared.

Yes, you'll find the sub, Mickey, etc. in the snorkel lagoon.

We were just there off the Fantasy 10/21. The major underwater items are marked with round white buoys. Minnie is closet to the shore, just to the right of the closest life guard stand, Mickey and the Submarine are a pretty healthy swim about center between the two farthest lifeguard stands, will be much easier with fins.

We were at Castaway Cay on Wednesday with my 2 Granddaughters and we decided to snorkel. I cant believe we made it all the way to Mickey! It was a fantastic experience.
