hoho rome bus at San Pietro Station

While most of the reviews are pretty bad on trip advisor, we've sort of decided to do the ship's express train to Rome St. Pietro (yes I know it's far cheaper to do it yourself but I've seen the queues for the shuttle buses to the port and then the shuttle to the train station; not for me). My question and I've tried to go through all sorts of searches. Do the Rome HOHO buses have a stop near this train station (the stop on the maps seem to be on the other side of the river). I know the reviews are bad for many of the lines but this is my preference at this point in time. Anybody with any ideas...
