Likely time to disembark

Hi,

 

We're going to be sailing on the MSC Armonia from Saturday, it's my first cruise and am looking forward to it.

 

We're disembarking at Cagliari on Tuesday with an arrival time of noon. We are hoping to check-in at the airbnb place asap so we can go back out and enjoy the location. Does anyone have an educated guess of when we will actually be off the ship and ready to catch a taxi? I was going to ask the airbnb people if we could check in from 12:30-1:00, is that too optimistic?
