An unusual cruise ship off Cowes UK

I can't think I've ever seen a cruise ship anchored off Cowes before. Saw this on a rather wet day as we headed back from Lymington. Apologies for the quality, shot on an iPhone from the flybridge whilst helming the boat !

Looking a little shabby with soot from the engines / generators and loose lines from the life boats which were being used as tenders.

Thought I'd share it on here as I'm sure I'm not alone in keeping an eye out for the smaller cruise ships.

Will we see you on the Odyssey this winter?

No I'm afraid not. We are doing the Sojourn Singapore - Hong Kong this Christmas. We managed to get very good air miles flights to and from HK which made a huge difference to costings.

We are also on SJ in mid October for our first Med cruise with SB. Very much looking forward to that as I will have my Dad and his wife on board so some excellent family time. He's done a Royal Caribbean cruise with us but never been on SB. I really think they will enjoy the experience.

I'm also looking forward to the photographic opportunities of a port intensive Med cruise. No doubt another video and I'd like to make a video to one of Handré's tracks.
