Olden to Briksdalen Glacier for $11 (NOK 90)

Loads of really useful info here. Can anyone advise if we would be able to do the walk upto the glacier with a buggy? We have read about the troll cars but would much prefer to walk

Hi there,

The hiker's path includes several sets of steep stairs. If you intend to use a buggy you would have to follow the troll car path and deal with diesel exhaust. This will also take you a little longer. I also think you would need some kind of pneumatic tire on the buggy because the path is gravel most of the way and gets quite rough at the end. Hope this helps.
