One Day Pro-rated Refund Due to Galveston Fog

We were on the Breeze in January and returned the 22nd. Our letter states we would receive our prorated one day refund back to our cc. The letter was dated the 16th and said to expect it with in 3 weeks.

If you have had this type of refund, how long did it take? We had two cabins, interior and balcony and the interior was refunded over a week ago but still nothing on the balcony. My Dad's interior was also refunded. Of course you can't get anyone at Carnival to help you with looking it up. :(

We have a few other Spa refunds, double charged, that they said will take up to 5 weeks? Any takes on who I should call or should I just wait a little longer?

We were on the Freedom that same week. We were delayed too, supposed to have sailed out on 1/14 but didn't sail until 1/15. We have already been refunded for a day on our credit card we booked with.

I used carnival gift cards to pay for all but the $99 deposit. The deposit was refunded, but I haven't seen anything else. I called before we left port and the lady with carnival said that they would mail out a new gift card for the rest.... nothing yet...
