Three night cruise from Barcelona- theme/gala nights

Hi have done 3 x 7 night cruises on costa but thistimetaming Hubby for first time so doing a 3 night as a taster for him. Hoping to travel light but I do like to dress up for the theme and gala nights. On 7 nights had 2 formal/ gala nights plus white night , relishing, masked ball, 70s night etc. Any one know if we get a formal night on 3 nighter and what if any themes there may be. TIA
