What to do in Porto Torres(Sardinia) for 12 hours?

May I ask, what do people do in Porto Torres in Sardinia, we have about 12 hours there, and when I did my research, the buses to other places are like 2 bus daily or one bus daily. And it seems in Porto Torres there is no attraction either.

What are the intersting places to go in mid-November? How to get around? How to spend the 12 hours there? Thanks for any instruction.
