Waterproof cameraW needed for Iceland and Homelands?

Not unless you're going swimming. If it's so wet and windy that a camera is going to leak, then you wouldn't get any sort of picture anyway. I suppose a waterproof cover might be useful for getting close to Iceland's waterfalls.

 

What have you been reading, anyway? As a for example, the next 10 day forecast for Reykjavik has 3 days rain, 5 sunshine, and winds remaining below 20 mph at all times. I suppose in winter it will be worse, but surely they don't cruise there in winter?
