Snorkelling in Seychelles or Mauritius

Our cruise is going to both ports. Which one is best for snorkelling, and can you snorkel in shallow water- I am not a confident swimmer and don't like deep water snorkelling. Any suggestions for tour operators?

Can't help you regarding tour operators but you may want to consider something I have ... an inflatable vest. I too am not a confident swimmer and I take it when I'll be going somewhere I might be snorkeling.
