Awesome wait staff on Adventure

From past cruises we have learned that we rely on our wait staff to provide us with a great dining experience.

If anyone has been on the Adventure recently and can recommend some names so I can request we get in their section?? And, is there a way to make this recommendation now rather than onboard?
