Israel Museum/Jerusalem/Locker size

We will be leaving our ship after it docks in Ashdod and heading directly to the Jewish Museum in Jerusalem. As we will be staying there for two nights, we will need to stash our belongings in a locker at the Museum. Does anyone know how large those lockers are i.e. can they hold anywhere from a 17" to 22" carry-on size suitcase?? Or should we stick we something soft sided, like a large tote, that can conform to the size of the locker? Any information or recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

There are no lockers in the Israel Museum, there is a cloakroom and they have no problem storing big suitcases.

However, if you are coming with a public transportation (bus) at the CBS right by the exit there are automatics lockers that are big and can store suitcases your size.
