nic104 Posted August 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted August 4, 2015 Hi everyone Not at all happy with P&O today as we called to pay our balance last week and they took payment twice, on the same day all my direct debits came out which have now all subsequently been reversed! We are looking at £225 in bank charges for this and P&O were not great when called - 'Oh you as well, this has happened to quite a few people, computer error and you will have the money back within 48 hours'. Has anyone else has this happen? I am hoping P&O will pay us the bank charges as they caused the problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
