Great Stirrup Cay

We're going in December - does MSC provide any meals while we're docked there, is it their private island or another cruiseline? Thanks cruisers!

Yes, a delicious buffet lunch is provided in a couple of different locations on the island so it is never far to walk. I've been there twice and we were the only ship both times. You will love the island!

Great Stirrup Cay is beautiful. We got off the tender and walked all the way to the man made lagoon, it was stunning, and there was hardly anyone there, they also have a buffett area there with no crowd. The one thing I will say I got up and walked to the main beach area and it was packed, but something seemed different to me, and then it went off in my head. I felt like I was in the MED, beach full of beautiful people, speedos, etc etc, very cool European experience.

I believe the island is owned by NCL. MSC must have a deal with them. I actually went to youtube the other night because I wanted to see the cabanas and looked at several videos on the island.

I consistently forget about YouTube (I just love this forum too much!), so thanks! There don't seem to be any excursions that are that interesting to us, so GSC may be just a relaxing beach day for us.
