Tallinn Maritime Museum

We will be arriving in Tallinn on a Monday, 6/15, in port from 10 am-4;45pm. We would like to visit the Maritime Museum and spend the remaining time old town city center. Could someone help with options to get us from port to Maritime Museum and then to city center and back to ship. Is it possible to walk it all? Thanks!
