Norwegian Gem Spa Pass

We have booked an aft suite on the Gem for a 10 day cruise to Eastern Caribbean. I asked my PCC about the spa pass. This is the info that he sent me. "Also for the spa, the fitness room is free of charge. The Thermal Spa and Manadara spa is free as well."

I am confused and would like some advice before I respond to him. Do you think he is telling me that the spa pass is free? Is he confusing us with a Haven guest or I am completely misreading his text? Any advice?

Everyone gets free access to the fitness center (but they offer some classes that everyone has to pay for). No one gets free Mandara Spa treatments or free access to the Gem's thermal suite, not even Haven guests.

Ask your PCC to add spa passes and a bunch of spa appointments to your booking and to confirm again that this is all free. :p
