Newark airport transportation

I will be arriving at EWR on June 8th and want transportation for 4 to the Embassy Suites Secaucus for 4 adults with luggage. What would be the best way to do this. We have no mobility issues.

Then on June 18th we will need transportation from the Manhattan Cruise Terminal to EWR. Again what is the best way to do this?

How much luggage? To get to Embassy Suites in Secaucus I'd price out Dial7 and Carmellimo as well as Secaucus Taxi.

To get back to EWR I'd price Dial7 and Carmellimo. Cab to Port Authority to get the airport bus or cab to .New York Penn Station to get NJ Transit train to EWR are also options. We can provide more details.
