Here is my review:

Darwin was a true professional and catered to a group of 28 people that I organized off of a Princess cruise. Prior to our tour, he was very timely in his email communication, often within the hour. When asked, he provided many different options for a seven hour tour, some off the beaten path.

When we arrived at the cruise port, Darwin was ready and waiting with a smile and welcoming attitude. He quickly got us settled and started the day off with a city tour on the way to Butchart Gardens. From there we made our way to a great sandwich shop for lunch and toured Fort Rodd/Lighthouse. He was always willing to pull over to discuss the scenery or sights that we were seeing and was flexible providing us options for our tour as we went. Our day ended with a stop at Hatley Castle and Gardens.

We had a mixed group of folks ranging from 20-85 and various degrees of mobility and Darwin handled it all with a flexible and accommodating attitude. I couldn't have asked for a better day in Victoria and all of us were delighted with his service. Darwin earned each one of those five stars!

I am enjoying your writing and pictures. I liked the Falls that you went to visit. I might have to schedule that next time, it looked beautiful. Well done, April!
