We have sailed on RCI in the past and have been happy with their non-alcoholic drink packages - there are two options. First option is just the soda from the tap, and the second option is all non-alcoholic drinks (exlcuding cans). The second option does include bottled water and coffees/hot chocolates. The second package is about $20 a day and a great way to break even.
I loved that my teens and I could get any Starbucks, smoothie etc. I wish Norwegian would do this package. Uugh

On RCL they had an ultimate beverage pkg. it had Starbucks, smoothies, virgin drinks, fresh oj, bottled water and soda. This was great and worth the $. My hubby doesn't drink alcohol and my teens loved the venti hot chocolates, virgin smoothies, etc. disappointed that NCL isn't there yet... especially with the Bliss having a Starbucks on board.

Husbands family booked through a travel agent...larger group. [emoji30]I prefer Costco or the cruise line myself. FYI ....you have to go through agent and currently it would cost me more to get the credit because prices have gone up.

If you booked through a travel agent do you have to ask them?

Yes, you get charged. For 2 people I was charged $199. I won't drink enough to make use of package, but this fee is cheaper than if I have 2 drinks a day plus gratuity. Figure 2x$10(+18%)=$165.

We are going on the 23rd of November. Did you have tender issues in Grand Cayman? We don't have a RC excursion booked, but a private one. THANKS! Also, did you do the mini golf/rock wall or flowrider? We're the lines long?

I did just still very nervous with her still not having a website and whatnot. Traveling to a foreign country with my children makes my momma bear instincts even more enhanced ;)
I agree....I think it's hard because that thread is pretty old, except a February post...but Patrice said she'd call me when we got closer to date. I think that will make a difference.

We just got back from our cruise this past Sunday. We did end up using her company. Our driver was Jeff. He was great. We did not have any problems and got to do exactly what we wanted to do.
Glad you had a good time. Could you describe your tour a little. Did you find your driver ok....did Patrice join you or just the driver? Did you worry about getting back to the ship on time? Thanks!

OP, glad you enjoyed your tour!
Pretty sure it's the other way around...most reputable companies will not demand a payment up front (maybe just a nominal deposit, like $25). There are exceptions for some other more "exotic" or "complicated" cruise destinations, but certainly not the Caribbean.
A deposit is what I meant. Read online on a cruise site....but looks like she is still going. :-)

Oooh, I'm curious. I emailed her and she was prompt. Said she would contact me by phone as I got closer to date. Said we don't pay until we show up. So, besides a phone number and email...she doesn't have my info. Figured if she didn't show, we'd take a taxi to our destinations....mystic mountain/Dunns. I worry that anyone could post a good post about her and promote an email address...she told me that her website is currently inactive...I might need to rethink, because of safety?? I read a post that says any reputable company would want some payment up front?

I have the same question. I recently have been in touch with her via email and she assures me that she still does tours, but website is not up currently....so I'm still a little nervous. However she doesn't want money up front, so you could just plan a back up plan?
