  1. Awesome!! Thank You! I will check it out!!

Without a booking number if you go to the RCI website and click "The Experience" tab, then click the "Shore Excursions" tab, then go to the middle of the page to the "Search by Ship and Sail Date", then enter your information for your cruise, you should be able to see list of excursions by port of call that will be offered on your itinerary.

You will need your booking number to reserve them, however. As your cruise final payment has already been made, your company should be able to give you your booking number to allow you to reserve excursions.

  2. Pssst!

Have you seen the new Carnival/Cruise Critic Meet & Mingle button on this forum? Look to your right. Yes...the right. See the button under the first ad? Click Join the Party, well..to join the party! (It will take you to the Party Registration Page!)

There will now be Official Meet & Mingle Parties on board your 7-day or longer Carnival cruise!

    Enjoy!

    Hi Laura!

I am sailing on the Vista Dec 24th 2017. I did register for the meet n greet, but how do I find out where & when it is? TIA

  3. Hi cruise buddies!! I am concerned about my upcoming cruise in December all of the islands that are part of my itinerary have been hit by the current hurricanes. I make my final Payment next week and and and I'm unsure of what to do. what happens if my itinerary is changed? what happens of my cruise is canceled? what happens if we go and thge islands just aren't ready for us? Should i definately add cruise insurance now? Thanks for your input in advance I've never had this happen before.

  4. No...actually I just booked a Singapore-Shanghai cruise 2 days ago for March 2015...but did get a nice price reduction today but it was a senior rate being offered... ;)

Thank You EVERYONE. You have confirmed my thoughts exactly. I will just look to make other travel arrangements. My group hosts didn't take a poll or ask us they just canceled our trip on their own with out even asking what we thought about the whole ebola situation. I was soo looking forward to my cruise on RCC in January. So I will have to find a new plan. Thanks again. :)

  5. Not sure I understand. The entire cruise was cancelled? Or just the group booking? What cruise is this?

Nope. There are much worse issues to be afraid of than the rare chance of catching ebola. How many non-medical people in developed countries have gotten it. Less than 5. Hardly counts as something to be paralyzed with fear over.

The Person who Booked the Cruise for my Group Canceled the Group Reservation because many members of the group have been canceling their cabins because of ebola concerns. I personally didn't think it was a big concern myself.

  6. I have Planned & Paid for a Cruise in Jan 2015 with a Huge Group of 400+ people and Today I was very saddened to find out that it was canceled because people have been canceling left and right from our group reservations. I have been following the Situation in the news, but honestly I didn't think it would effect my Travel plans in Jan. Am I being Naive? Are others being too Cautious? Are others Changing Cruise Plans Because of Ebola? I am curious to know.
