  1. We're taking our 17 yr old daughter on a 4day leaving from Miami in April 2018. She wants to do a dolphin encounter in Nassau, but we're having a hard time figuring out which is the best one without breaking the bank. We are looking to spend under $170 for the excursion, but obviously want the best bang for our buck.

Any input would be helpful. Thanks!

  3. We just got back from a cruise to the 2nd one you posted about. Although we didn't get to go to Honduras due to a medical emergency on board of our ship.

Belize has an awesome sting ray/shark snorkeling excursion on the reef, which is the 2nd largest reef in the world. It's absolutely stunning. At Costa maya we did the Chaccoban Mayan ruins. I learned so much information and it was an awesome experience. In Cozumel we did a waterpark/beach excursion to Playa Mia which was excellent. The excursion included a buffet and booze.

  4. While I can't speak about the ship itself, I can talk about the ports of call as we were just there last week. We were unable to go to Honduras due to a medical emergency on the ship and we were re-routed to Cozumel. The beaches in Belize were BEAUTIFUL and in Cozumel we did the Playa Mia water park. Since you have young kids, I HIGHLY recommend this excursion. They have TONS of stuff for the family!

  5. Thank you for this! My fiance and I are taking this cruise for our honeymoon in October and we've been trying to figure out things about the ship and excursions. We booked online with Mr. Grey because of what you had posted!

Question - When you took the photos in the water, what kind of camera were you using? I am bringing my canon T3, but obviously it's not waterproof. Since it's my first time cruising and we're choosing the dolphin and sting ray ones, I really wanted to be able to take photos. Any ideas would be helpful!

Thanks again for the awesome review!!
