Hi guys.
I am a little bit confused. I previously went with Royal Caribbean back in 2013 and was approached ( on the second day mind you lol ) obviously spent way to much in the casino.to be a VIP In theClub Royal. I immediately had heaps of rewards given - free drinks / tshirts key chains specialty dining / bottle of champagne etc. . Anyway at the end of the cruise I was sent an email offereing 1475.00 rebate in the casino on my next cruise. Unfortunately I was not able to travel within the 12 months required but have now booked again for a 10 nighter in February. I sent them an email to see if there was any offer they could give me ( have already booked and paid via a travel agent) they sent me a reply to advise this rewards program stopped back in March 2016 but they will still honour my rebate !!! Now the question is - does this mean I immediately have rebate apply to my seapass to play in the casino (slots) of 1475.00 or do I have to earn 1475.00 to get it applied .. Any help would be appreciated. Jane

Hi again.. normally Im not very worried about deals etc but when I am talking over 1400 US .. well that is quite a lot. I still don't understand ( sorry ) they have advised it will be applied as rebate on my seapass card for casino use .. That's ok - but does this mean that when I put my card in a machine in the casino I automatically have 1400 applied to play with ?? If I win I would intend to pull it out ( wouldn't you ?? ) or will it make me play until the 1400 is used in play - win and loss play - eg over 1400 spent it will then be mine ?? Just know Im going to get sucked in here.. Jane
